CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?

 

The condition for the possibility of returning the order is not downloading the wrongly ordered material from the server.

 

Consumer's Law gives the opportunity to return the purchase within 14 days of its purchase. However, in the case of electronic content (files midi, styles, mp3, wave, carafun, expansion, PDF), when the customer downloads the digital product, the customer loses the ability to return the purchased product. This is regulated by the Consumer Rights Act (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, article 38).

 

In other words:

You bought not this format?

Do you want to convert your files into other ones?

Do you want to cancel your order?

Do not download files from the server!

 

 

Incorrectly ordered, but the material downloaded from the server will not be exchanged by us!
